Water crisis

Published November 27, 2018

THE residents of Block 19 Federal B Area have been facing an acute water crisis for almost a year. The situation has become acute in the past few weeks as not a single drop is supplied for days at a stretch.

The residents have no alternative except to purchase water at exorbitant rates from the water tanker mafia or spend a better part of their day fetching water in jerry cans from filtered water plants. The growing water problem in our locality has made lives hell for residents.

This is an appeal to the city authorities and provincial government to provide water to our locality.
