QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan Alyani has taken notice of illegal hunting of Siberian migratory birds sandgrouses in the deserts of Nushki district.

He has directed the forest and wildlife department to ensure protection of all endangered species in the province by utilising its mandate and authority.

The chief minister took notice of a video on social media which showed some hunters killing more than 200 sandgrouses Mr Alyani directed all deputy commissioners to take immediate action against all those involved in illegal hunting of migratory birds and ensure protection of wildlife and endangered species in their districts.
