PESHAWAR: The Bank of Khyber’s customer data remained uncompromised in the recent cyber security breach, a statement issued here on Wednesday said.

It said the BOK always strived to ensure safe banking experience for its customers.

The bank said in the wake of recent cyber security breach incidents, it had assured its customers that their data remained secured and uncompromised and the same had been affirmed by Pakistan Computer Emergency Response Team’s threat intelligence report dated Nov 4, 2018.

The statement said the BOK was playing a proactive role in preventing bank pilferage by putting in place a state-of-the-art IT security system that had capacity to meet any future challenges in cyber security breaches.
