THIS refers to the problems being faced by the people of Larkana regarding the increase in pollution. It’s not just about one place but the entire city is covered in a cloud of dust and thick pollution. It’s there at school, colleges, hospitals and even homes.

The people of Larkana want to get rid of this layer of dust from their lives. It is making people sick.
