KARACHI, June 16: The City Nazim, Niamatullah Khan, on Thursday in a meeting decided to seek the cooperation of the Edhi Foundation and the media for improving campaign against polio campaign.

The meeting on anti-polio drive was attended by EDO Health Dr Khalid Shaikh, Dr Azmude of the WHO, UNICEF’s Dr Hussain Ahmed, Dr Kamal Asghar and town health officers.

Posters highlighting anti-polio measures would be displayed on Edhi ambulances, green buses, at inter city bus terminals and roundabouts.

It was also decided to benefit from the services of the electronic and print media as well as cable operators.—APP
