PTI-MQM alliance

Published August 11, 2018

THE media is criticising the PTI’s alliance with the MQM. They are calling this alliance a “u-turn” by Imran Khan. I wonder why they ignored the alliances of other major parties.

What about Shahbaz Sharif, who claimed five years ago that he would drag Asif Zardari on the roads and will bring back the looted money? What about Zardari, who accused Nawaz Sharif of weakening state institutions? What about Maryam Nawaz who made an all-out effort to convince people that Imran Khan and Zardari are two sides of the same coin?

What about Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari who is supposed to give his very first vote to a party that celebrated his grandfather’s hanging? I want to know what other option the media has for Imran Khan? I ask the media to do their work honestly and without bias.
