Seven suspects arrested

ISLAMABAD: The capital police along with the Counter-Terrorism Force (CTF) conducted a search operation in Shalimar and its adjacent areas and arrested seven suspects.

SSP Najeebur Rehman Bugvi said the purpose of the search operation and high vigilance was to ensure foolproof security in the city, according to a police spokesman.

The SSP directed all the station house officers (SHOs) to continue the high vigilance. He also appealed to the citizens to remain vigilant and inform the police in case of any suspicious activity around them.
