KHUZDAR: Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal (MMA) deputy secretary general Senator Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri has said that the alliance of religious political parties will not allow anyone to steal its mandate in the coming general elections in the country.

Talking to reporters in Kalat on Tuesday, he said the MMA would resist such an attempt by the elements who, according to him, had played a role in the defeat of religious parties in Balochistan in the 2013 elections. He said the MMA would win seats from all parts of the country. He refuted rumours about any delay in the elections, saying that a delay in the holding of polls could push the country into a turmoil.
