RAWALPINDI: Police and district administrations of Rawalpindi and Islamabad have been directed to implement the National Action Plan (NAP) and check banned organisations from collecting donations during Ramazan and Eidul Fitr.

According to sources, intelligence agencies have warned the police and civil administrations that outlawed organisations were likely to collect donations and fitrana.

The intelligence agencies have asked police chiefs and commissioners of the twin cities to take legal action if any individual was found collecting donations without the district administration’s permission.
