LAHORE: A man has appealed to the capital city police officer (CCPO) to direct the police officials concerned for recovery of his brother who was kidnapped some eight months back.

Fateh Muhammad, a resident of Vehari district, said he was earning livelihood at Ashiqabad Chowk of Wahdat Colony along with his brother, Naik Muhammad. He said some eight months back, his brother was kidnapped by unidentified men and he had lodged a case with the Wahdat Colony police station.

Since then, Fateh Muhammad added, he had paid many visits to the office of the police officers but they did nothing for the recovery of his brother.

He appealed to the CCPO to take notice of the case and direct the investigation police concerned to recover his brother.
