LAHORE: President of Al-Mujahid Hockey Club Sahiwal has filed a complaint before the election commissioner of Punjab, conducting the elections at the district to provincial level hockey associations, alleging that fraud and rigging were recorded in the elections of Sahiwal district.

In the complaint, Al Mujahid president Olympian Danish Kaleem said that no information was given to the clubs that the elections would be held on Friday (4-5-2018). But the next day, an elected body of the Sahiwal district was announced. Danish appealed to the commissioner to declare the elections as null and void to hold it again according to the constitution.
