KARACHI: Eight horses have been lined up for the Revolution Cup when it takes place in the Gymkhana race meeting at the Karachi Racecourse on Saturday.

The Revolution Cup, which is third in day’s racing order and also the supporting event, combined scale order IV and V, will be contested over five furlongs.

The fourth race, which is the day’s feature event, has attracted seven horses and will also go over five furlongs.

The first two races will be run over four-and-a-half furlongs.

Altogether, 27 horses have entered the fray in the four-race card and will vie for honours barring last-minute withdrawal.

According to schedule, the first race gets into action at 2.30pm.
