LARKANA, May 14: Warah civil judge Manzoor Siddiqui on Saturday raided the Hamal police station and recovered People’s Party Parliamentarians leader Allah Bakhsh alias Daddo Unar from the SHO’s quarter. The PPP leader had been kept in illegal confinement after being arrested on Friday night from his Larkana residence.

District PPP president MPA Ayaz Soomro had filed a petition in the court of the district and sessions judge, Azam Anawar Baloch, about the detention of Allah Bakhsh by the Shahdadkot police.

The sessions judge had directed the civil judge for the raid at the Hamal police station.

The SHO failed to produce any documents regarding arrest of the PPP leader.

The civil judge released Allah Bakhsh and ordered SHOs of Warah, Qambar, Qubo Saeed Khan and Hamal police stations to appear before the court of the district and sessions judge along with relevant documents. Allah Bakhsh will also be present on Monday during hearing.
