PTCL billing

Published February 21, 2018

THE management of the Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited recently unilaterally changed the last date for the settlement of monthly bills from the fifth of the succeeding month to the last day of the month. This change has created many hardships for the salaried class and pensioners

The PTCL management should look into the matter and revert to the previous procedure. The restoration of the previous practice will save millions of PTCL subscribers from unwanted hardship.
