KARACHI, May 11: Several parts of the city are without water for the last two weeks in the current hot and humid weather. The hard-hit localities include North Nazimabad’s Block ‘P’ (Hussain D’Silva Town) and number of cooperative housing societies such as Al-Hamra Society, Bahadur Yar Jung Society, Bangalore Town, Adamjee Nagar, Shabbirabad, etc.

Residents of the North Nazimabad’s Hussain D’Silva Town complained that they have been experiencing an acute water shortage for the last two months following a change in their schedule of supply.

Complaints of persisting water shortage have also been received from Mehmoodabad, Manzoor Colony, Clifton’s Block 2, Kharadar, Mithadar and Bhimpura.
