PESHAWAR, May 6: A Pakistan Customs team on Friday arrested two African women flying to Johannesburg via Dubai and found 1,400 grams of fine quality heroin from their stomachs at a local hospital. The accused were identified as Meena Jokkers of South Africa and Kulsoom Qasim of Uganda. After the usual checking of luggage, they were to board on Dubai-bound

flight (EK-637), but a Customs team headed by Dr Sadia Sadaf took them from passengers lounge to the Hayat Teaching hospital and got them X-rayed.

According to the X-ray reports, both women had rammed hundreds of heroin-filled capsules, weighing 1,400 of grams, from stomachs of women. The Customs officials registered a case against both of them.
