KARACHI: The prime minister’s adviser on aviation Sardar Mehtab Abbasi has said that it has been decided in principle to review the aviation policy of the country.

Chairing a meeting at the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) office here on Thursday, he said that the aviation policy was being revisited to ensure that air travellers had better and improved facilities and all airlines had a level playing field and equal opportunities.

Mr Abbasi said that input from all stakeholders and other airlines would be taken while reviewing the policy. Planning would be done in such a manner that the goals set for growth and economic betterment may be achieved.
