DHAKA: The Bangladesh cricket authorities annou­nced on Thursday the schedule for a tri-nation One-day International series in Jan­uary involving Bangla­desh, Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka.

The tournament will run from Jan 15 to Jan 27 under lights at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka, the Bangladesh Cricket Board said.

The hosts will also play two Tests and two Twenty20 matches against Sri Lanka after the ODI series wraps up.

The first Test will be in Chittagong and the second in the capital Dhaka.

The limited overs matches will be held in Dhaka and the northeastern city of Sylhet.

Tri-series:

Jan 15: Bangladesh vs Zimbabwe (Dhaka, D/N).

Jan 17: Sri Lanka vs Zimbabwe (Dhaka, D/N).

Jan 19: Bangladesh vs Sri Lanka (Dhaka, D/N).

Jan 21: Sri Lanka vs Zimbabwe (Dhaka, D/N).

Jan 23: Bangladesh vs Zimbabwe (Dhaka, D/N).

Jan 25: Bangladesh vs Sri Lanka (Dhaka, D/N).

Jan 27: Final (Dhaka, D/N).

Bangladesh vs Sri Lanka:

Jan 31-Feb 4: First Test (Chittagong).

Feb 8-12: Second Test (Dhaka).

Feb 15: First T20 International (Dhaka).

Feb 18: Second T20 International (Sylhet).
