PTCL clarification

Published December 13, 2017

THIS is with reference to the letter “PTCL apathy” (Dec 10). The letter complains about a telephone number going out of order.

I would like to clarify that the respected customer has been facing the issue owing to massive digging by the Cantonment Board, Clifton, for new sewer lines and manholes.

The Pakistan Telecommunication Limited’s cable party has been facing inconvenience in resolving the matter owing to the aforementioned reason and will most probably take two more days to restore the service completely.

At PTCL, every customer is important and we would like to take this opportunity to thank Dawn for bringing the problem to our notice.
