The Great British Cheese company has just released a prosecco and raspberry flavoured Wensleydale.

It’s not as odd as it sounds, when you consider that Wensleydale is often paired with fruit. Cranberry and Wensleydale is delicious, so there’s no reason why a sweet-but-acidic combo of fizz and raspberries won’t cut through the cream just as well. And there’s an extra novel element: the cheese is pink.

Could you find a more millennial food offering? Probably not!
