DHA tractors

Published November 17, 2017

IT is a matter of great concern that most tractor trolleys and water tankers operating in the DHA, Lahore, phase V and VI, are without number plates, brakes and indicator lights.

These vehicles with the ‘DHA’ written on them frequently indulge in overspeeding and violation of traffic rules and thus are a hazard for other vehicles and pedestrians.

The DHA’s own security staff and traffic wardens of the city government are silent spectators despite these violations of rules.

The authorities concerned, especially the DHA, Lahore, administrator, should take notice of this issue.
