QUETTA: Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri has said that peace, prosperity and development are returning to the province after great sacrifices put in by the masses and security forces.

“A bright and educated Balochistan is my dream and I want to materialise my dream before transition of incumbent government so that masses could always remember us with good names,” he said. He asked the youth of Balochistan to put in their efforts and energy towards education.

Speaking at the laptop distribution ceremony at Sikandar Jamali Auditorium on Monday, Mr Zehri said that it was his dream to bring the youth on a par with the students of other provinces.

Under the Chief Minister Laptop Scheme Programme, he said, around 10,000 laptops would be distributed among intelligent and deserving students. He said the government would take action against ghost teachers.

Earlier, the chief minister distributed 150 laptops among the students of various universities of the province.
