Zardari describes Nawaz as ‘ungrateful’

NAWABSHAH: Former president of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari has said that he would not talk anymore about the JIT (joint investigation team) formed to probe the Sharifs as the matter was sub-judice and his party would share its stance once a decision was announced.

He was talking to party workers and notables from Nawabshah city and Sakrand town at Zardari House on Friday.

He further said Nawaz Sharif was an “ungrateful person” because the PPP brought amendment in the Constitution through parliament and removed Article 58(2)B, only after which he became prime minister for the third time. Otherwise he would have been sent home by President Mamnoon Hussain, he added.

Mr Zardari also said the field for elections was ready and asked party workers and the elected party representatives to prepare for elections and become active in their constituencies.

The PPP had always provided jobs and soon the Sindh government would give more jobs to the deserving youth on merit, he said.

Former Sindh chief minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah, PPP’s women wing president and MNA Faryal Talpur, MPA Ghulam Qadir Chandio, MPA Tariq Masood Arain, Ali Akbar Jamali, Haji Azeem Mughal, Khan Bahadur Bhatti, Syed Atif Hussain Zaidi, Rao Saif and others were also present.

Zardari is the worst thing Pakistan and specially Sindh had ever had. His Party has been in power in Sindh since last 15-20 years with zero opposition. With the kind of attitude he or his party has towards Karachi i am sure karachiites will rise up very soon with the slogan "Sindh na khappey......Karachi Khappey". He lived all his life in Karachi but did not give back anything to Karachi.

@Jummani how about their attitude for rest of sind . Karachi is thousand times better status than rest of sind . So our solgan should be we do not need current bunch of leeches who are sucking us

Zardari is 100% correct, Sharifs are very ungrateful, it's Zardari who pushed that 3rd time amendments bill passed, otherwise, NS could never come to this post. We are still against this, no one be allowed more than 2 terms that includes CMs too.

ALL hoax talk! The constitutional amendment was made by PPP for the third time premiership of Benazir and not NawazSharif. It was only his luck that he benefitted after the death of Benazir before elections. In sympathetic wave, PPP succeeded and Zardari become the defacto head of state then.

Yup. He wont talk about JIT since matter is sub judice. But So was the matter of finding Bibi shaheeds killers....yet you conveniently settled. Using her name to exploit the innocent public. Now why do you speak of law for the people when you cant serve justice to Benazir?
