The said event will be held from June 28 to July 5 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

The training camp will continue till June 22 after which the team will proceed to Karachi from where it will leave for Bishkek, most probably on June 27.

The players will be training under the supervision of senior cueist Mohammad Sajjad.

PBSF president Munawwar Hussain Shaikh, while speaking to Dawn, expressed optimism that all four cueists had the potential to win laurels for the nation in the said event.

Meanwhile, PBSF technical adviser Naveed Kapadia said the team underwent two practice sessions on Wednesday.

“We hope our players who have experience and talent will fare well in the upcoming championship,” he said.
