KARACHI: Babar Hussain Agha scored a brilliant 179 to propel Pakistan Cricket Club to a thumping win over Taimuria Sports by 296 runs in the final of Fazal Mahmood National Club Cricket Championship Zone VI here at KCCA Stadium on Friday.

Batting first in the final , Pakistan CC put up a huge score of 382-5 in 50 overs. Besides Babar’s century, Saud Shakil contributed a fluent 74.

In reply, Taimuria Sports batting-line crumbled under pressure for just only 86 runs in 26.2 overs. Meer Saeed top scored with 18. Spinner Faraz Khan captured four wickets while skipper Adnan Kalim, Junaid Ilyas and Fawad Khan picked two wickets each.
