The Sindh government on Tuesday issued a notification for the reshuffling of portfolios in the provincial cabinet, announcing Sohail Anwar Siyal's appointment as the new provincial interior minister.
Siyal will retain the portfolios of the Agriculture and Supply and Prices ministries in addition to his recently allocated portfolio, the notification said.
Additionally, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah has been allocated the Transport and Mass Transit ministry, along with his existing portfolio of Labour and Human Resources and Information ministries.
The notification also states that Dr Sikander Mendhro has been assigned the Religious Affairs and Zakat and Ushr ministries. Dr Mendhro will continue to head the Health ministry as well.

Gud decision by provincial govt to reappointed the home protfilo to mr. siyal. This speaks that he (Mr. Siyal) has ability to run the home affairs of province smoothly.

A Person, who was accused of Kidnapping and harassment, has been appointed Interior Minister!! What about the FIR against him and his brother in Sind High Court, Larkana Branch? Is kidnapping the merit for the PPP?

It seems like that PPP and PML N have close affection with shady characters. The person is under investigation for fraud and embezzlement by NAB and now he is again being crowned as Interior Minister, this shows these parties major qualification for being minister these days in Pakistan is few NAB cases against your name.

@SGH . Using old cartridge who failed in the past. PPP may appoint a person who is equally liked in urban and rural Sindh. A biased one sided person will not be able to function smoothly, and could have an adverse affect on PPP coming election stragedy.

Elections are near....the most corrupt and puppet is needed to place the right people in right places so the home minister as puppet is very important for future requirements of the corrupt PPP.
They have brought in Siyal to so that both PPP and Siyal can benefit with his induction in the ministry. The situation of law and order in Sindh is not a matter of concern for these people surely.
Being a Karachiite i am not bothered what goes on else where in the country....my priority is Karachi and i must say that PPP is more of a curse for people of Sindh and Karachi.
