RAWALPINDI: Two girls were allegedly abducted by two individuals and later raped in a hotel in Saddar.

The aunt of one of the victims said in her FIR that her niece, who resided with her, went to a nearby shop on Monday with a friend to buy groceries. They were standing along the side of the road when a black car with two passengers stopped near them and identified themselves as police. They told the victims they seemed suspicious and wanted to investigate them at the police station.

One of the victims said in the FIR that they were driven to a hotel in Saddar where they were sexually assaulted by two individuals who then left, and then by another two individuals who left after locking them in the room.

Saddar Bairooni SHO Malik Rafaqat said two girls were abducted and later raped. He claimed that the suspects might be police officials and the incident was being investigated.
