KARACHI, Aug 1: Sindh Minister for Planning and Development Shoaib Bukhari has directed the concerned officials for an early completion of remaining works at the

newly-constructed Govt Mono- Technique Institute, Landhi, so that admission process could be initiated in the current month.

During his visit to the institute on Friday, the minister informed that the governor would inaugurate the institute in the second week of August.

The minister asked the engineers of works and services department for early completion of computer laboratory and installation of textile, dying and printing technologies’ machinery so that students could get benefit of such advanced equipment.

He also stressed on concerned officials to arrange the relevant books and other study material for the library and purchase of computers for lab.

Director Technical Education Projects Iqbal Durrani and District Officer Technical Education Masroor Ahmed were also present on the occasion. —PPI
