BAHAWALPUR: Security institutions claim to have averted a possible terrorist activity at Bahawalpur’s Army Public School (APS).

According to sources, maps have been recovered from Pir Hamid Shah graveyard in the Kotwali police precinct. Also recovered are five kilogram gunpowder and ball bearings.

The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) says a suspect has been identified and will be arrested soon.

Police sources, however, claimed that the suspect had been rounded up and shifted to an unknown place for interrogation.
