ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) has once again asked Najam Sethi to quit two offices of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for his alleged involvement in spot-fixing and betting.

Interestingly, the demand has directly been made by the PTI through a letter written by senior party leader from Sindh Imran Ismail to Mr Sethi.

In his letter, the PTI leader accused Mr Sethi of eight offences and asked him to present himself for investigations along with the cricketers currently facing charges of spot-fixing in the recently-concluded Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Mr Sethi, who had served as the caretaker Punjab chief minister during the 2013 general elections, is currently working as the chairman of the PCB’s Executive Committee as well as the PSL Governing Council.
