Namaloom Encore

Published March 26, 2017

All you Nabeel Qureshi and Fizza Ali Meerza fans, here’s something to cheer about and look forward to. The sequel (or is it prequel?) to the duo’s first blockbuster Namaloom Afraad is off the ground. Titled Namaloom Afraad II (it’s a no-brainer) the film has retained most of its original cast (Fahad Mustafa, Javed Sheikh and Mohsin Abbas).

Armeena Khan and Urwa Hocane are in talks with the makers of the movie and may (or may not) hop on to the Namaloom bandwagon. One more thing: this time round the crew will also travel to South Africa to shoot some segments of the story.

That’s what you call the power of success — from Karachi to Cape Town, the namaloom afraad have come a long way.
