QUETTA, July 26: Law enforcement agencies have arrested 13 suspects and seized a large number of landmines planted along the Sindh-Balochistan border to restrict the movement of the forces who have launched an operation against dacoits.
Sources said the landmines were planted on the road used by the Sindh Rangers, the Frontier Corps and the police of both the provinces for patrolling and operation against outlaws.
The Sindh Rangers and the Frontier Corps have sought the help of army experts for searching and defusing the landmines.
Sources said army experts were searching the area after two landmine explosions in the Lanjo Pat area.
