LAHORE: The sixth SICAS National Junior Tennis Championships entered the semi-finals stage in all categories at the Bagh-i-Jinnah grass courts here on Saturday.

Except for two U-14 matches that stretched to three sets, all the other matches in different age categories — U-18, U-16 and U-12 —were one-sided affairs.

Results (quarter-finals):

U-18: Yousuf Khan bt Ehsan Ali 6-0, 6-2; Aqib Umar bt Nazar Hussain 6-2, 6-1; Hafiz Arbab Ali bt Musa Haroon 6-3, 6-4; Saqib Umar bt Haseeb Imran 6-3, 6-2.

U-16: Ahmed Kamil bt Mohammad Said 6-2, 6-3; Musa Haroon bt Abdul Hanan Khan 6-2, 7-5.

U-14: Samad Arejo bt Saif-ul-Aziz 6-1, 3-6, 6-2; Faizan Fayaz bt Shimza Tahir 6-2, 1-6, 6-2; Bilal Asim bt Hassan Ali 5-7, 6-2, 6-3; Abdul Hannan Khan bt Hamza Jawad 6-2, 6-2.

U-12: Hassan Ali bt Ismail 8-1; Bilal Asim bt Kashan Umar 8-6.
