GWADAR: Turbat University Vice Chancellor Dr Abdul Razzaq Sabir said on Friday the institution would continue to train and promote regional talent by organising capacity-building workshops for the faculty and students.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of a three-day awareness and training workshop, he said: “The University of Turbat (UoT) will continue to enhance the working capacity of faculty members and administrative staff to promote higher education.”

The training workshop was arranged under the institution’s Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) in collaboration with UoT’s Gwadar campus.

Dr Sabir said the Gwadar campus would be soon developed into a proper university in accordance with international standards.

The vice chancellor also had an interactive session with the students.
