Xiaomi launched in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: World’s third largest smart-phone maker, Xiaomi, has launched in Pakistan on Monday.

Smart Link Technologies, has partnered with Zong 4G and Daraz.pk to bring it to the Pakistani market.

At the event, Sales Director of South Asia, Xiaomi, Jack Yung announced that three smart-phones including Mi Max, Redmi Note 4 and Redmi 4A together with its IOT products such as Mi Band 2 will be available in Pakistan.

Smart Link Technologies said that it is partnering with Daraz.pk as an online partner to distribute the products of leading technology company Xiaomi in Pakistan. This is Xiaomi’s first official entry in the country through a distribution partnership.

Ziad Matar, Senior Director at Qualcomm Snapdragon said around seven billion devices are connected with each other globally through smart-phones, which are now considered engine of economic development.
