Angry Twitter users vented their frustration shortly after a blast at a shrine in Sehwan killed at least 50 people, hitting out at Sindh's ruling PPP for what they said is a "failure to build hospitals" in rural Sindh.

With scores injured critically, ambulances are rushing the wounded for treatment to Jamshoro — a two hour drive from the site of the attack — as it is the closest city with a hospital.

As Pakistan reels from the fourth deadly attack in as many days, several social media users tweeted their disillusionment:

'No ambulance'

'No major hospital'

'PPP's neglect'

Although many Twitter users thundered at the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), some hit out at the federal government and security forces for what they said is a failure of the National Action Plan (NAP) — a counter-terrorism policy developed in 2015 after militants stormed an army school in Peshawar, killing over 140 children.

Vocal Twitter activist Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari, the sister of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, however hit out at failure of NAP and security agencies for "daily attacks".
