National U-23 volleyball from 27th

PESHAWAR: National Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa U-23 Men’s Volleyball Championship will be held from Feb 27 to March 3 here at the PSB Coaching Centre.

This was stated by secretary of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Volleyball Association while talking to APP on Thursday.

Arrangements in this regard had started for smooth conduct of the championship wherein top teams from across the country would participate, the official added.

After a long time, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Volleyball Association was going to host the Chief Minister KP National U-23 Men Volleyball Championship in the city with the aim to attract new talent, he further said.

Khalid Waqar, who is also national coach, said that teams from Pakistan Army, Wapda, Pakistan Police, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Fata besides two outfits from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would feature in the championship.

The participating teams, Khalid added, would reach the city on Feb 26.
