ISLAMABAD: Subh-e-Nau Ladies National Tennis resumes from here at the PTF Tennis Complex on Monday after it was delayed due to rains.

Featuring players in three different categories — ladies singles, ladies doubles and girls juniors U-18 — the event will continue till Thursday here at the PTF Tennis Complex.

First-round matches in ladies singles and girls juniors U-18 will be played on Monday.

Sara Mansoor, the tournament top seed, plays her first match against Mahnoor Sohail while former national No.1 and second seed in the event, Sarah Mahboob, opens her campaign in the event with a match against Zarghoona Khalil.

Other noted players who will be seen in action on the first day include Meheq Khokhar, Mahin Aftab and Esha Jawad.

This may be mentioned here that the event was scheduled to be held from Jan 5 to 8. However, the organisers were forced to change the dates due to rains in the federal capital.
