LAHORE: Pakistan will participate in the 15th Asian Cadet Junior and U-21 Karate Championships scheduled to be held in Indonesia from Nov 21 to 27.

Three Pakistani players namely Naimatullah, Mohammad Awais and Saweel Fayaz will participate in the championship.

The Pakistan Karate Federation (PKF) pins hopes on Naimatullah for winning bronze with the athlete succeeding in clinching a bronze medal in Alahi Karate Open Championship staged in Dubai in 2015.

Also, he will be participating in cadet individual kata event.

The Asian Karate Federation is also organising the referee/judges course in Indonesia. Nasim Ahmed Qureshi will participate in Kumite referee course and Ghulam Ali will participate in kata referee course.
