National hockey camp starts on 26th

LAHORE: The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has invited 36 probables to the training camp for the Asian Men’s Champions Trophy hockey tournament scheduled to be played in Kuantan, Malaysia from Oct 20. The second phase of the training camp starts on Sept 26 here at the National Hockey Stadium.

Players have been asked to report to camp commandant Khawaja Mohammad Junaid, said a spokesman for the PHF on Thursday.

Probables:

Goalkeepers: Imran Butt (PIA), Amjad Ali (NBP), Mazhar Abbas (NBP), Waleed Akhtar (Bannu), Hafiz Umair Ali (SNGPL), Ali Haider (PIA).
