ISLAMABAD: Indian troops posted in held Kashmir resorted to unprovoked firing again on Friday, violating the ceasefire for the 42nd time during the current year.
However, the firing in Thob and Bhimber sectors along the Line of Control (LoC) was limited to small and medium arms. It continued for around two hours, but no loss of life was reported by the people in Azad Kashmir or Pakistani troops.
Responding to the belligerent Indian move, Pakistani troops returned fire at the army posts on the other side, using 12.7mm machineguns.
There have been 42 ceasefire violations by Indian troops this year.

This is a common occurrence
It's done to generate pressure and measure the response.

The CAOS should realise that there is no coalition or congress govt right now. These kind of adventures might lead to serious repercussions and escalation is right around the corner.
Best way forward is that both the heads of state get together. We as citizens across both the lines of border want education, good health, prosperity and peace.
