LAHORE: Defence A police on Saturday told the district and sessions judge that former president Gen Pervez Musharraf did not own any property in the Defence Housing Authority (DHA).

The judge had asked the Defence A station house officer to submit a report about Musharraf’s property in DHA Lahore in light of an order of a three-judge special court in Islamabad.

The special court had ordered the authorities concerned to freeze bank accounts and confiscate property of the former president as he had failed to attend hearing of a treason case against him despite repeated notices.

Judge Nazir Ahmad Gajana directed his staff to forward the police report to the special court in Islamabad.
