SUKKUR: Three die in accident

SUKKUR, Nov 23: Three persons were killed while three others injured in an accident on the National Highway near Daharki on Sunday.

A Karachi-bound coach collided with a tractor trolley loaded with grass.

As a result, three persons riding in the trolley — Habibullah Lund, Sharif Shaikh and Hakim Shaikh — were killed on the spot.

Bashir Ahmed, Mukhtiar and an unidentified person were injured.

Those injured were shifted to a hospital in Rahim Yar Khan as the coach driver fled from the scene.

Meanwhile an eight-year-old boy, Inayatullah, son of Mohammad Yakoob, was killed when an oil tanker ran over him in Mazari Lashari village near Thull on Saturday.

The driver fled the scene, leaving behind the oil tanker (QAE-0946) which was seized by the police.
