LAHORE: Opener Mohammad Hafeez cannot start training as his knee injury needs more time to recover.

The PCB has received the scan report of Hafeez, which was conducted on Wednesday, which discloses that though there is some improvement but the injury needs more time to heal.

The national selection committee headed by Inzamam-ul-Haq has retained him for the second phase of training (skill camp).

The skill camp is being held here from May 30 to June 5.

The first Test of the four-match series will start on July 14.

At this time, no one can guarantee that Hafeez will be able to fly with the team to England.
