IS there any law or authority in the country which can enforce the moral aspects of the issue that offshore companies are owned by the sons and daughter of the prime minister who is the chief executive of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan?
Do the people have the right to know the sources of funds of these offshore companies owned by the prime minister’s children? Why is the government spending huge amounts of taxpayers’ money on a half-page advertisement in most newspapers to mislead the people and twist the truth if the prime minister has nothing to hide?
Is the prime minister not a beneficiary of the offshore companies owned by his sons? Does the fact that some offshore companies and assets are in his children’s name exonerate the prime minister? Is it not tax evasion not to keep your wealth in Pakistan?
Who will believe that the prime minister’s children have earned so much money from fair business?
Honesty is a virtue of great men, but unfortunately our leaders are pygmies who have found politics as the best business in Pakistan
