Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders on Sunday claimed that PakistanTehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) is running away from the formation of the judicial commission after its own leaders are found owning offshore companies.
The PML-N leaders — Pervaiz Rashid, Khawaja Saad Rafique and Talal Chaudhry — said this while addressing a joint press conference in Lahore, hours before the scheduled address of PTI chief Imran Khan at Mall Road.
Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has “presented himself before the judicial commission for probe into Panama leaks because he holds a clean record”.
He said the businesses of Sharif family was well established even before the creation of Pakistan.
“Those who have gathered black money are creating hurdles in the constitution of probe commission comprising Supreme Court judges,” the information minister alleged.
He said “those questioning about the seed money for the business of Nawaz Sharif's sons are tampering the truth”.
Also speaking on the occasion, Railways Minister Saad Rafique said “the PTI chief is sowing seeds of hatred in the country's politics”.
He said PTI rejected the verdict of the judicial commission which probed the allegations of rigging in 2013 elections, “but they didn’t even bother to apologise later”.

The May 09, when the next episode of Panama leaks is issued, may prove to be an eye opener for may Pakistani. Most of this money should never have gone out of Pakistan and should have been spent on ordinary Pakistan. Unfortunately, if these ordinary Pakistanis are not willing to speak for themselves, then they better start praying for deliverance. Well, you never know!

i am loving the politics in Pakistan. The pressure from opposition and government on the back foot and looking completly clueless. You cant change history but you certainly can define your future. Pakistan is on the right track at the moment. Let democracy flourish, let everyone know that they can be held accountable for their wrong doings, let the institutions become independent with no influence of few personalities. Things are not perfect at the moment but looks like Pakistanis have now started using their brains and things are going towards a change for better.

No, many more besides Nawaz Sharif are corrupt. In fact, Pakistani's society's whole moral fabric has become unwound because of this widely spread corruption, which has become a socially acceptable evil. But you have to start with someone and somewhere.
Making an example of one person/family, in position of power, would prove to be the most powerful deterrence, for sometime to come.
If you do not do anything, then the exponential rise in Pakistani population would completely outgrow any rise in GDP/public expenditure, and the elite will be ousted in a blood revolution arising from a large number of hungry people who do not have access to basic amenities. If this happens, a large of elite and their elites, will simply escape to other countries to enjoy the rest of their days whilst the middle classes who are largely staying put today, will bear the brunt of the wrath that will be unsheathed by the untouchables.

PM should lay all the facts before parliament which is the true spirit of democracy just like what Cameron in UK did. There is no place for a government minister on taxpayers salary wasting his time in press conferences defending PM and his family. This Minister was a PPP worker trained by Javed Hakim Qureshi during his student life, and contested the election for President of Gordon College, Rawalpindi as a PSF candidate, but was defeated by Shaikh Rashid.
His day starts with the name of Imran Khan/PTI and ends with them.

The response should have been " here is the trail of the money, N.S made this much money legally and transferred it legally and case closed.
