CHITRAL: A hunter lost his life when his rifle allegedly went off accidentally while chasing birds in a pasture in Laspur valley here.

An official of Mastuj police station told Dawn on Saturday that the deceased, Amir Hussain Shah, second year student in a local college, died on the spot as the bullets pierced through his body.
