KARACHI, Nov 10: The Resource Group (TRG) has announced acquisition of a 40-per cent sake in Centratel LLC, a US provider of call centre and telephone answering services bases in Bend, Oregon.

This investment represents TRG’s second acquisition in the US outsourced call centre services sector, adding to its existing stake in Los Angeles based Alert Communications.—PPI
