Teachers’ recruitment

Published September 13, 2015

THE Balochistan education department fills vacancies for teachers through NTS, which is appreciable. But, unfortunately, it has left many flaws and confusion among the candidates regarding its recruitment policy.

The selection of candidates at the union council instead of district level has deprived many talented candidates of service with the education department.

In many districts, vacant posts of teachers in union councils were not advertised by the district education administration, and many candidates remained unaware of the vacant posts.

It is strongly recommended that the Balochistan government recruit teachers on the district level.
