KARACHI: Pay-parking in more areas

KARACHI, Oct 16: The city government is to include the area underneath the Liaquatabad Flyover and the roads around Gul Plaza in Saddar area in its charged-parking zones with effect from Oct 22.

Parking charges for a car would be Rs10 for first three hours and Rs Rs25 for more than three hours or the whole day. For a motorcycle, the parking fee would be Rs5 for first three hours and Rs10 for over three hours or the whole day.

Monthly fees for car would be Rs500 and for motorcycles Rs200. Timing of charged-parking would be 10am to 10pm. — PPI
